Beachmere ladies have been enjoying lunch on the first Friday of each month for over five years now. Earlier this month the Dale Marsh mural at the entry to Bribie Island was given a much-needed facelift. The work conducted by the Moreton Bay Regional Council included replacing the signage structure and the reprint of a new skin. In total the project cost was just under $130,000. Division 1 Councillor Brooke Savige said the mural will now be on a regular maintenance programme and that there is potential to review the image.
