Welcome to issue 29! Matt Owen, our website, social media and marketing guru has dramatically improved our website. Do you want free exposure for your business???? We are now asking for our community and business owners to contribute an article about your business. It’s easy, simply go to www.islandandsurrounds.com.au click on the link that says submit a story and go ahead and write. Depending on space available in the paper we may publish it also in the paper.

We are very excited about our new initiative and allowing you write your own story, it maybe something that is new in the market, tips for your industry, an event that may be happening you want to share with our community or you may have achieved an award for your product or service. While you are there enquire how to advertise your business, the prices are very affordable, and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Again, the meander (Our Map) is creating a lot of interest in the paper and when I am out and about I see a lot of people sitting reading the paper and looking at the map in the centre page. It would be worthwhile to get your business on this map as it will be a map that will showcase our destination and what we offer with things to see and do.
