More Heartbeats attendance certificates and free class cards were handed out in November, with Maureen Drummond receiving her 200th class certificate and Nisha Robinson reaching her 100th class to receive her certificate and Heartbeats t-shirt!

Both these wonderful ladies have participated in Heartbeats for several years and of course would have reached these amazing attendance milestones much earlier if it wasn’t for the lockdowns over the past couple of years.

Also, last month the note under Adele Carr’s photo was incorrect with Adele actually having achieved her 600th class, not 300th as the photo stated.

With Heartbeats participants from throughout the Bribie and surrounds community, we are all very grateful that the Churches of Christ village allow us to use their lovely clubrooms and have been so supportive towards these exercise classes since they started in 2012.

If you are interested in becoming part of the fun and gentle Heartbeats community classes please contact Cathy on 0408803037 so that you can join us when classes recommence on the 10th of January 2022.
