Beachmere’s Birali Steiner School now has new upper primary learning spaces, including two withdrawal rooms, storage areas, covered outdoor learning areas and verandahs, thanks to a $540,000 grant through the federal government’s Capital Grants Program, which provides capital infrastructure funding for non-government schools.

Opening the new facilities last month, MP for Longman Terry Young said “It was great to visit Birali Steiner School to see the new facilities and hear about the positive impact it will have on students. The school has a wonderful school community, and the new primary classrooms will further enhance the learning environment.

“We are ensuring that every child gets a quality education no matter where they go to school.”
