New Mini Golf opens

Story and pictures by Alistair Gray

It is all fun at the new Pacific Harbour Mini Golf Course

It is fantastic news for young and old Bribie residents and the many visitors to the Island with the opening of the new Mini Golf course at Pacific Harbour Golf and Country Club. Set without the frills of a traditional mini golf course, there are heaps of challenges to test the best golfer and with the added benefit that everyone can play. No handicaps are required here. It is all about having fun and allowing everyone to play golf, no matter what your age or skill level is.

“We wanted to give families something new to do on the Island in a safe and family-friendly environment”, said Sara Summers, Marketing and Events Manager at the club. Mini Golf will be open seven days a week, including early evening. Players are welcome to enjoy a drink in the bar, ice cream on the deck or a meal in the club’s restaurant.

The new facility is available for birthday parties for young and old, corporate or business appreciation or team building events, and charities and fundraising. Bookings are encouraged, though drop-ins are very welcome.
