Beachmere Community Lawn Bowls Club might be doing it tough without a proper clubhouse at the moment, but it continues to grow its member base and draw more players each week.

Club President Bob Prosser says regular Thursday and Sunday competitions continue to be supported and members continue to join.

“We have visits in planned and we are getting a lot of support from across the Moreton Bay Region. Bowlers are enjoying the great weather and we have some big events planned for later in the year”, he said.

Bowls every Thursday and Sunday – turn up at 9.30 for a 10am start.

Anyone wanting to join the club should send an email to the Secretary BCLBC at bclbcinc@gmail.com or visit the club at the Beachmere RSL in Main Road, Beachmere.
