Congratulations to Bev James and Adele Carr on completing 400 and 500 Heartbeats classes respectively. Bev and Adele received their certificates and 10 free classes on the 12th of June and have found their balance, memory and co-ordination have all improved since joining in the classes in 2013 and since both attend on average over 80 classes a year that is certain to continue.

These lovely ladies are part of a growing group of participants who have reached over 300 Heartbeats classes, which are held at 3pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you would like further information on the Heartbeats classes phone Cathy from Fit Beyond 50 on 0408803037.
